DEEP course consists of:
- one breathing and relaxation session
- one open water session
Details of the course:
- During the breathing and relaxation session:
- How the breathing can help you to get relax
- Recovery breathing
- During the Open Water session:
- CWT/CWTB/CNF/FIM Training
- Finning style
- Safety and Buddying
- Photo session
Prerequisites:
- 18 years of age (16 with guardian’s consent)
Paperworks:
- complete the Medical Form and the Liability Release
Course duration:
- Usually 1day.
